Prioritizes hospitality above any other responsibilities or tasks given.
Follows food safety practices and creates quality products.

Follows organization’s standards and understands the disciplinary action plan if standards are not met.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and communicate with those around them accordingly.
Is willing and able to accept both constructive and positive feedback.
Ability to advocate for oneself wants or needs
