CAKE DECORATOR & SKILLED FINISH CLERK:
Production Clerk working in the Department's Manufacturing Section and responsible for performing skilled finishing work with cakes and specialty items. This person's primary duties include following the production schedule, icing cakes and specialty items, applying custom or more general decorations, creating art work, packaging, and producing related novelty items within the guidelines set for the Department. This person will also work bakery sales counter on occasion or as needed.
Availability: Must be available to be scheduled between 20-30hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
Previous Work Experience:
Experience with bakery finishing and cake decoration preferred
Physical Demands: lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.
Other Work Considerations: productivity; organizational ability; able to work with minimal supervision; reliable and dependable.
