Jack Frost National Golf Club is seeking a Cart Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Summary
As a key member of Jack Frost National's golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.
Position Responsibilities
Maintain professional appearance
Bring carts from the cart barn in the morning and return carts to the cart barn at the end of the day
Clean, water, and check carts after each use and restock as required
Clean and maintain cart barn
Ensure the carts are available for player use at all times
Receive and communicate complaints to the Golf Shop
Work closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments
Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Must have strong customer/guest orientation
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be dependableMust have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred
Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
