Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program. They support the site’s product merchandising, inventory management and order replacement, in addition to equipment management, and lead client-site execution on a daily basis.
This is a high-energy role for people who enjoy a meticulously organized space and positive energy from being around people. The Associate will have responsibilities including:
Merchandising : Take pride in client offices by owning kitchens and pantries and highly organized storage rooms; perform expiration checks and product rotations as needed
Customer Service : With support from your manager, engage with clients and Crafty team members onsite, delivering high-quality service
Maintenance + Inventory : Perform routine maintenance on machines (e.g., coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and complete task lists (inventory, budget)
Communication : Communicate and escalate location needs or safety concerns to your manager and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork
Role Type and Schedule : This is a part-time, hourly role within Crafty. Supports one client in San Mateo, CA, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Role Goals
Goal:
Achieve a 95% annual client retention rate by delivering top-tier on-site operations and client experiences for at least 6 consecutive months by completing the initiatives below:
Initiative #1:
Task Ownership — Complete daily task lists with 95% successful shift completion week over week (Tableau-tracked on a monthly basis)
Initiative #2:
Quality Control — Maintain 95% or greater on all quality control checks quarterly
Initiative #3:
Client Satisfaction — Support all client requests weekly with manager and site point of contact
