Front Desk Receptionist (Contract)
Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Representative to support daily office operations in a small, high-visibility environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, delivering a “white glove” experience while ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a critical, client-facing role requiring strong organizational skills, reliability, and a welcoming, proactive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a professional and organized environment
Greet visitors and clients with a high level of professionalism and hospitality
Provide a “white glove” service experience for high-profile guests
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
Coordinate and schedule conference rooms, meetings, and calls
Assist employees with general office requests
Restock office supplies and snacks as needed
Serve as a liaison to the Manager of Office Services
Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
Qualifications
Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional presentation and demeanor, especially when interacting with high-profile clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a small office environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Teams experience is a plus)
Work Environment & Schedule
Small office setting (approximately 30 employees)
Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Fully onsite role
Additional Notes
Ideal candidate is personable, positive, and takes initiative to build relationships within the office
Assignment expected to last approximately 2–3 months, with potential for extension
Pay Rate Range: $22.00-$27.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
