
Cake & Pastry Associate - Part-Time

The Cake & Pastry Associate is responsible for preparing, decorating, and finishing cakes, pastries, and specialty bakery items for retail display. This role helps ensure bakery products meet Stoltzfus Meats standards for quality, consistency, and presentation while supporting daily bakery production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily bakery production and preparation
Maintain clean, organized decorating and preparation areas
Label products accurately and maintain proper product rotation
Stock and maintain bakery displays
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist customers with bakery selections when needed
Support the Bakery Manager with production and special orders
Qualifications
Cake decorating, pastry, or bakery experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to follow recipes and production standards
Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Dependable and team-oriented
Willingness to learn Stoltzfus Meats bakery processes
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in warm bakery environments
Ability to perform repetitive decorating and preparation tasks
