**LOCATION: Dallas, TX** $52,000 - $60,000/salary Depending on ExperienceRepairs and general maintenance can include but is not limited to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and painting tasks**REQUIREMENTS:**
Education & Experience 2-5+ Years’ experience in the general maintenance field
Knowledge of engineering concepts
Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively o Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability/Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
Proficient in managing maintenance tasks through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Hands-on experience with **Flowpath**; transferable skills from similar platforms including **Fiix**, **MaintainX**, **Hippo CMMS**, and **ServiceChannel.** The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces The ability to see and respond to safety hazardous situations The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds The ability to work in extreme weather The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly.401k match
