As an Project Manager - Site Development Engineering, you’ll lead site development projects from concept to completion. You’ll manage and design projects for residential, commercial, municipal and industrial clients, providing leadership to project teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Manage and oversee all phases of site development and civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction assistance.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports related to grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and site layout.
Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to client expectations and technical standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new project opportunities.
Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and permitting processes.
What It Takes
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
5+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development engineering, including project management responsibilities.
Proven track record managing land development, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects.
Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships simultaneously.
