Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Operate metrology tools, including electron microscopes, Focused Ion Beam, and additional lab equipment to complete analytical requests in the client lab
Perform tests and sampling, including setup and operation of metrology equipment
Utilize client software and equipment to complete tasks, support processes, and product tracking
Provide reports and results of sampling and experiments
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of lab equipment
Requirements
Excellent communication, lab protocol, and time‑management skills
Support a 12hr compressed work week schedule
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environments, processes, and equipment
Direct experience using metrology and/or electron microscopy equipment
A.S or B.S. degree in STEM or related scientific fields
Physical Effort / Activities
Walk up to 5+ miles per day, stand for 8-10 hours at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights or on ladders, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. These physical demands are representative of those required for successfully performing this job.
