Job Description
Serves as servant leader and coach for Agile teams. Facilitates team learning and growth and drives development of a Lean / Agile operating model. Works with teams to continuously productivity, predictability and transparency while providing guidance to help teams through Agile ceremonies, release planning and impediment removal. Coaches and provides guidance to help teams through Agile ceremonies, release planning and impediment removal. Fosters an inclusive culture, ensuring team members are fully engaged, understand and accept team and individual accountabilities and collaborate effectively in achievement of expected outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Act as a servant leader & Agile coach
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning & release activities
Drive team productivity, transparency & continuous improvement
Remove impediments and support cross-team collaboration
Track team metrics and improve delivery outcomes
What we’re looking for:
2-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of 2+ Agile frameworks
Ability to lead change and ensure team accountability
