This is a junior to mid-level role perfect for someone who is detail oriented and ready to take ownership of our online sales channels. You will be responsible for the day to day management of various marketplaces and will play a vital role in our operations by overseeing reverse logistics. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company listings across various online marketplaces.
Oversee the reverse logistics process, including managing returns and exchanges efficiently.
Monitor marketplace health and performance metrics to ensure high seller ratings.
Utilize Excel to track inventory, analyze sales data, and generate performance reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate product availability.
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to marketplace orders and returns.
Qualifications
Prior experience in e-commerce management or marketplace operations is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel .
Strong understanding of
reverse logistics and return management processes .
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for coordinating between departments.
Must be able to work full-time on-site at our Eatontown office.
