Position: Office Manager

Remote/Virtual Position:
Coverage Area: In Office
Salary: $23 - $25 / hour
Schedule: M-F / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Hires, trains, and supervises administrative staff
Evaluates performance of administrative staff
Initiates and executes disciplinary actions when necessary
Ensures invoices are coded accurately and submitted to the Support Center timely for payment
Prepares manual check requests as required
Reviews and processes timesheets for direct reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare office operations
Experience with Office Management Preferred
Knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
