As Technical Project Manager with the E2METRIX PFAS Solutions team, you will lead effective project executions for the booking, design, development and onsite piloting of our PFAS water treatment equipment.
The role is based in our Salt Lake City office, and you will enjoy our hybrid working model. Expected domestic travel is 10-20%. You must hold a valid driver's license and passport.
What is the role?
Lead project execution by effectively managing scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resources in alignment with business objectives.
Develop procurement schedules, deliverables lists, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Review team submittals (drawings, technical requisitions, reports, and other technical documentation) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Facilitate internal project reviews and client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and manage scope changes related to supplied equipment.
Provide leadership and serve as a key liaison among team members to drive successful and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Identify project risks and collaborate with the team to develop and implement mitigation strategies that protect schedule and budget.
Prepare progress reports and support accounting with interim and final invoicing documentation.
Plan and support field demonstrations of PFAS water treatment pilot systems, coordinating with operations, product management, and field personnel.
Actively contribute to the development, improvement, and deployment of advanced water treatment technologies and products.
Recommend product enhancements, design standardizations, and process improvements.
Propose and support improvements to Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and practices.
Maintain CRM records, manage warranty cases, and evaluate related claims.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and at least 5 years of applicable project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of principles of Project Management.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry related technical documents, such as Engineering Specifications, Mechanical Fabrication Drawings, and Contracts.
Must be able to communicate confidently on a technical level, verbally and in writing, and deliver presentations.
Mechanically inclined person preferred with hands on experience in the fabrication of industrial equipment.
Ability to work independently and reliably.
