
Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation quoting and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This role blends operational execution with customer communication, ensuring shipments are priced accurately and handled efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely transportation quotes (LTL, FTL as applicable)
Communicate directly with customers to understand shipping needs and timelines
Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery, ensuring on-time performance
Build and maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and internal teams
Negotiate rates and secure capacity with approved transportation partners
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or service issues
Maintain accurate records in NetSuite
Provide updates, reports, and shipment visibility to customers
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain - preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with TMS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Key Competencies

Work Environment
Office-based
May require occasional extended hours to meet customer deadlines
