Job Description
Silver Lake Regional High School is seeking a boys’ and girls’ swimming coach to lead the training and management of the high school swimming program.
Qualifications
Experience coaching high school swimming; experience working with students.
Previous high school coaching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Teach skills and strategies of swimming to student‑athletes in grades 9‑12.
Serve as a role‑model and teacher of swimming across practice, game‑day coaching, conditioning, supervision of athletes, and maintenance of practice facilities and equipment.
Determine awards for students and provide the athletic department with a list of team needs; communicate regularly with families as needed.
Salary:
$4,325 to $6,800 stipend (as outlined in the SLEA contract)
Job Requirements
Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
