Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications and Responsibilities
Supervise and lead housekeeping staff, including training and performance evaluations
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control practices
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement
Respond promptly to resident and staff housekeeping requests or concerns
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and support overall operations
Maintain records and reports related to housekeeping activitiesUphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling resident information
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
