Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions—shift runners and assistant managers. You\'ll be working for a company that\'s fun and flexible, with work experience you\'ll use for a long time. You\'ve had our pizza delivered to you; now help us be the best in pizza delivery.
Responsibilities
As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
Advancement
Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. Our company prides itself on promoting from within, which means you can move up through the ranks and earn more money. Who knows, maybe you are the next Domino\'s franchisee!
Qualifications
Prior leadership experience preferred
Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
Excellent customer service skills
Must be 18 years or older
