Northern Virginia or Richmond market. This is an on-site role four days per week with work-from-home Mondays. Relocation may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Note
Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia. Civil litigation and/or trusts and estates administration experience is highly valued. Estate litigation experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Description
Handle matters involving estate and fiduciary litigation, including disputes related to trusts, estates, guardianships, and powers of attorney
Manage a caseload with substantial independence while collaborating closely with attorneys and support staff
Develop case strategy, assess risk, and drive matters forward effectively and efficiently
Communicate directly with clients and build trust through clear, thoughtful guidance
Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
Participate in hearings, negotiations, discovery, and case preparation
Work cross-functionally with internal teams involved in estate administration and related matters
Follow established systems, processes, and client service standards while contributing to strong outcomes
Qualifications
Active Virginia law license
2+ years of attorney experience preferred; more is welcome
Experience in civil litigation and/or trusts and estates administration strongly preferred
Estate or fiduciary litigation experience is a plus, not required
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Strong organization and ability to follow established procedures
Motivated, professional, and team-oriented approach
DC and/or Maryland bar admission is a plus
