Job Overview
Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking an IT Change Manager to be a subject matter expert on SRNL Processes. As a Change Manager, you will develop change management plans for key initiatives and will work collaboratively with project sponsors, project teams, and other stakeholders throughout the organization; both leading and executing the work of change management. The role develops a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders including business leadership, Executive Leadership, and other department professionals. Within this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing change and communication plans and strategies to facilitate the organizations digital transformation initiatives and the integration of evolving technologies across the enterprise. The selected individual will also monitor implementation of program policies and practices.
