Student Success Coach & Tutor (Work-Study)

Inside Higher Ed is offering a Success Coach/Tutor position exclusively for current SMC students in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The role is designed to help peers understand course-related concepts and develop study skills. Tutors will work up to 10 hours per week, providing individual and group tutoring sessions, maintaining records, and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual student needs. A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required, and training will be mandatory.
