About the Role
Caravel Autism Health is looking for caring, compassionate, mentor‑minded individuals who can help children on the autism spectrum thrive. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will implement evidence‑based approaches, engage children in play and learning activities, support skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and document progress.

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans and evidence‑based interventions to increase desired skills and decrease challenging behaviors.

Engage children in play and fun activities to build skills, social awareness, and confidence.

Document session progress and maintain accurate records.

Provide structured 1:1 client sessions; no group billing.

Qualifications

Availability to work full time (8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday) with occasional Saturday sessions.

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred).

Relevant experience working with children with special needs preferred.

Display a fun and creative personality.

Possess a strong work ethic.

Must be 18 years old or older.

Benefits

Starting pay range: $16.58 to $18.24 per hour.

Sign‑on bonus: $750.

Paid training and coursework to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with progression to Advanced RBT.
