Program Supervisor - Opioid Treatment Operations

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Supervisor for their Tullahoma, TN location. The role includes overseeing the application of operational standards, conducting interviews, managing staff performance reviews, and maintaining program documentation. Candidates with experience in Office Based Opioid Treatment and supervisory experience are preferred. Offered benefits include medical insurance, PTO, and a variety of 401K options.
