About Latin
Latin is part of the core curriculum from 6th through 8th grade, with an option to pursue the classics track in high school, studying advanced Latin and Ancient Greek. Many academies also offer Latin at K‑5.
Latin lessons emphasize translation of original Latin texts into English through Socratic discussion, providing an essential foundation for studies of the Western tradition.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required – all majors welcome.
Certification in general education is not required.
US work authorization required; OPT/CPT candidates accepted.
