Overview
Bancroft is currently seeking an

Infrastructure Administrator

to join our

IT Department.

Bancroft is a leading service‑provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We provide a full continuum of highly effective services – for people of all ages and every level of abilities – based on best practices and scientifically proven techniques. Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, structured day programs, group home and apartment programs both on‑campus and in the community, short‑term behavioral stabilization services for children, and in‑home and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Salary range for this position is $72,000 - 78,000, based on experience.

Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s on‑premises and cloud‑based IT infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, security, and performance across servers, networking equipment, identity systems, telephony platforms, and enterprise applications. The administrator will support day‑to‑day operations, execute infrastructure projects, and collaborate with teams to ensure a stable and scalable environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manages and monitors backup systems to ensure reliable data protection, integrity, and timely recovery of critical business systems and information.

Administers and maintains network infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises environments to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available connectivity for organizational operations. Troubleshoots and repairs Cat6 cabling issues (terminations, patching, continuity), restoring network uptime.

Supports and manages cloud and on‑premises server environments to maintain system performance, availability, and compliance with operational and security standards.

Administers Identity & Access Management solutions, including Active Directory and Single Sign‑On (SSO) to ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access control across systems and applications.

Maintains and supports physical security camera systems to ensure continuous monitoring, data availability, and compliance with organizational security requirements.

Supports and maintains UKG time‑clock systems to ensure system reliability and integration with payroll and workforce management processes.

Plans, tests, and implements patch management activities to reduce security vulnerabilities, maintain system stability, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Administers and supports Citrix virtualization and remote access platforms to provide secure, reliable, and performant access to applications and desktops for end users.

Manages and supports the RingCentral communications platform to ensure reliable voice, messaging, and collaboration services across the organization.

Develops, maintains, and updates technical documentation to ensure accurate system records, operational consistency, and effective knowledge sharing.

Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is located in Cherry Hill, NJ and requires travel to any of our locations. Nights and weekends are based on project needs.

Qualifications
Education

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.

CCNA, Cisco or Network+ certifications a plus.

Experience

Candidates must have 2‑3 years of experience in network and server administration. Required experience includes hands‑on responsibility for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Windows servers, managing LAN/WAN networks, user accounts, security access, backups, and troubleshooting routine network and server issues.

Additional experience beyond the minimum, such as enterprise environments, certifications, virtualization, or advanced security knowledge, is preferred but not required.

Special Skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting the cloud and on‑premises infrastructure with minimal supervision.

Strong critical and analytical thinking skills to assess system performance, identify root causes, evaluate risk, and implement effective solutions across security, patch management, virtualization, and communications environments.

Proven capability to prioritize tasks, make sound technical decisions and respond to incidents in a structured and methodical manner while maintaining business continuity.

Effective verbal and written communication skills to document systems and changes clearly.
