Our client, a leading logistics and fulfillment organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / Lead that is Bilingual in Spanish to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting high-velocity e-commerce fulfillment and relabeling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Chester, NY
Pay Range:
$27.00/Hour, $30.00/hr+ after three months or sooner
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am 3pm
What's the Job?
Lead hourly associates across pick, pack, ship, prep, relabeling, and outbound staging functions to ensure smooth operations.
Execute daily labor plans to meet shipping deadlines and productivity goals.
Ensure compliance with relabeling, barcode application, poly-bagging, kitting, and packaging standards according to customer or marketplace requirements.
Verify SKU accuracy, label placement, scannability, and packaging integrity to prevent errors and chargebacks.
Perform quality audits and enforce safety, ergonomic practices, and standard work procedures.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience in high-volume fulfillment, distribution, or logistics operations.
Hands‑on experience with RF scanners and conveyor systems.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
Ability to lead in fast‑paced, rate-driven environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
