Commercial HVAC Installer Apprentice
Pay: $23-$32/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift (OT as needed)

What You'll Be Doing
Assist with installation of commercial HVAC systems and components
Help stage materials, tools, and equipment for daily jobs
Support ductwork installation, equipment setting, and basic wiring tasks
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Follow safety protocols and jobsite standards
Learn installation processes and best practices from senior team members
Travel to job sites throughout the service area
What We're Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Valid driver's license with insurable record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
Apprenticeship Requirement
This role requires participation in a registered apprenticeship program
You do not need to be currently enrolled, but must be willing to enroll during the next available enrollment period
Candidates already enrolled in an apprenticeship program are strongly preferred
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Trade school experience or HVAC coursework
Previous construction or labor experience
Basic tool knowledge
