Success at The Springs is rooted in compassion and quality. We provide a senior living community of approximately 250 private residences for residents 62 and older in a modern, urban setting.
Job Description
The Springs at The Waterfront seeks compassionate CNAs and HCAs who want to build lasting relationships with our residents and support their well‑being each day.
Responsibilities
Support residents with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with residents’ laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away.
Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents.
Collaborate in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
Answer pages and call lights.
Perform light housekeeping as needed.
Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
18 years or older.
Current CN
A (CNA) certificate or Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate required.
Love for Seniors!
Able to pass background screening and drug test.
Job Type
Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
Salary
Competitive hourly wage range of $18.50 – $22.00, depending on experience.
