PCC (Patient Care Coordinator)
Onsite – Sandy Springs, GA

Through an innovative approach and patient‑centered care, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Atlanta‑Sandy Springs, GA office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life‑saving treatments.
Trigger Warning : Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.
*Additional $1.00 differential pay for fluent Spanish/English speakers (must pass in-house assessment).

Connecting with patients via phone
Help solve problems and educate patients about TMS and Ketamine
Coordinate with clinics for patient care

Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED.
Strong customer service mindset.
Previous experience in customer service required.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
Well‑versed in de‑escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
