## Job Description**Compensation Overview:*** The starting hourly wage for this role is $20.72/hr without Shift Premium.* **Shift Premium of $.75/hr on 2nd shift & $1.00/hr on 3rd shift.**## ## **Work Schedule:**8 hour shifts2nd shift: 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm3rd shift: 10:45 pm to 7:00 am1st shift: 6:45 am to 3:00 pmFlex schedule in that the days of the week can vary## **Plant & Community Overview:**Plant Overview:The Champaign, IL plant is the flagship plant in the Kraft Heinz organization and the largest volume producing plant in North America.* Established in 1963* Home to over 1,000 employees, 3 8-hour shifts, 3 core departments* Products made include Kraft macaroni and cheese, Miracle Whip, Kraft salad dressings, Ketchup, Primal Kitchen, and A-1 steak sauce.* Community Overview: Welcome to our community!## **Job Overview:**Joining the Champaign team is a great way to grow your skills, develop your abilities and delight consumers every day. We are currently seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team.## **Responsibilities & Duties:*** Documentation of pertinent information where required.* Keeping area clean and orderly.* Sanitation, as required, in processing and packaging areas.* Comply with all company policies and general safety rules while performing duties.* Know, understand, and comply with Kraft Heinz Environmental Policy.* Responsible for wearing proper PPE, complying with all safety training, policies and procedures, and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/ Management* Participate and collaborates in meetings.* Training others and filling in for other positions as assigned.* Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.* Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.* Perform other duties incidental to job as assigned by supervisor.## **Qualifications:*** Prefer experience in production/ manufacturing- but will train the right candidates.* Safe work habits.* Maintain an excellent attendance record / adherence to attendance policy.* Promotes teamwork.* Attention to detail to avoid and/or identify errors.* Good organizational skills.* Able to operate a fork truck – Kraft Heinz will train.* Able to perform tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.* Able to work flexible schedule when needed.* Able to lift up to 50lbs.* Able to safely work at heights.* Able to stand for extended periods of time.* Able to understand & follow instructions.* Able to operate a computer.* Excellent oral & written communication skills.**Benefits:** Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
