Job Description
Randstad is looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a world-class logistics team supporting a major global technology leader at their state-of-the-art facility in Olathe. This isn't your average warehouse - this is a climate-controlled, highly organized, and high-security environment where precision and safety are the top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Precision Operation: Expertly operate a Stand-Up Reach Truck to pull and put away pallets in narrow-aisle racking (heights up to 30 ft).
Inventory Accuracy: Use RF scanners to perform real-time inventory transactions with 100% accuracy.
Quality Control: Inspect inbound shipments for damage and verify piece counts against packing slips.
Safety Excellence: Adhere to strict "No-Damage" policies and maintain a clean, organized "7S" workspace.
Required Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of recent experience on a Stand-Up Reach Truck.
Proficient with RF scanners and basic computer entry.
Consistent work history and a "Safety-First" mindset.
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
Dress Code
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.

Work hours: 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
