Position Summary
Program Staff serve on the front lines of ministry - overseeing dailystudent life, modeling Christ-centered living, and helping guide studentsthrough growth and transformation.
The Intake Coordinator leads all aspects of the admissions process,serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students and theirfamilies. This role ensures a clear, organized, and compassionate intakeexperience while helping identify candidates who are ready to engage in theprogram.
Key Responsibilities
Intake Coordination
Serve as the primary contact forindividuals inquiring about the program
Clearly communicate programexpectations, requirements, and next steps
Follow up with applicants andconduct interviews to assess readiness
Coordinate intake with families,medical providers, and legal contacts as needed
Facilitate orientation for allincoming students
Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecords (paper and digital) throughout the intake process
Communicate intake details tostaff and transition records to active student files
Build and maintain relationshipswith referral partners (jails, prisons, shelters, and social serviceagencies)
Student Ministry
Provide direct support,mentorship, and accountability to students
Oversee daily schedules,activities, and responsibilities of the student body
Carry out individualized actionplans under the direction of the Program Director
Perform roll calls and ensurestudent participation in assigned activities
Transport students toappointments as needed
Lead student work crews on andoff campus
Serve as a consistent andpositive example of spiritual growth
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain organized and compliantstudent records in line with accreditation standards
Assist with phone coverage andcommunication as needed
Support ongoing processimprovement for efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in weekly staffmeetings
Respond to student needsincluding med calls, communication, and daily support
Complete additionaladministrative tasks as assigned
Uphold and model the mission,values, and culture of the ministry
Lead by example in spirituallife, relationships, stewardship, and time management
Help create an environment thatpromotes growth, accountability, and transformation
Financial & Facility Support
Track and record student financesaccording to policy
Assist with maintaining campusfacilities, ensuring safety and appearance standards are met
Requirements
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience & Skills:
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multipleresponsibilities in a structured environment
Proficient in Microsoft Officeand general computer systems
Self-motivated, dependable, andadaptable
Team-oriented with a positive,teachable attitude
Core Competencies:
Integrity and professionalism
Compassion balanced withaccountability
Strong problem-solving anddecision-making skills
Ability to work under pressureand within structured schedules
Cultural Fit:
Must support and actively liveout the mission and values of the ministry

Willingness to assist in areasoutside primary responsibilities
Must pass background screeningper accreditation standards
Working Conditions
Work may include a combination of office, residential, outdoor, andvehicle-based responsibilities. Evening and weekend shifts are required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, driving,lifting (occasionally 50+ lbs), and general movement required for dailyoperations.
