We are seeking a Permanent Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish.

$110,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle management: planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to meet objectives.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors; enforce job site safety standards.
Review work progress daily and resolve emerging issues.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings; implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry, focusing on safety management.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience managing all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in construction management software.
In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong commitment to safety, with ability to influence a positive safety culture.
Valid OSHA training certification or similar is a plus.
