: Hardware Management Support Analyst

: $20-25 per hour W2

About the Role
Our firm is partnering with a well-established, global organization in the consumer products industry to support their end‑user technology operations. This role focuses on ensuring employees are equipped with reliable, secure, and well‑managed hardware that enables productivity and business continuity. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and experienced in managing corporate hardware throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including deployment, refresh, and retirement of laptops and peripherals, with accurate tracking in asset management systems
Fulfill hardware requests from intake through approval, configuration, and delivery, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs)
Image, configure, and validate devices according to enterprise standards, including required software, security controls, and network access
Provide basic hardware troubleshooting support and collaborate with service desk and walk‑up support teams as needed
Ensure compliance with corporate security, data protection, and hardware return procedures for terminations, leaves of absence, and role changes
Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and contribute recommendations to improve processes and the end‑user experience
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise hardware (laptops, monitors, docks, and peripherals) in a corporate environment
Strong customer service skills with clear, professional verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while following defined processes and policies
Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and asset tracking
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with asset management tools and end‑to‑end hardware lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, support, and retirement
