
Warehouse Trainer

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Trains assigned personnel to accurately, consistently, & safely use warehouse management systems, along with material handling equipment & supplies
Serves as a coach and mentor to assigned personnel
Evaluates performance of assigned personnel
Follows and applies standard work and work instructions
Works to eliminate waste in all areas of the position
YOU MUST HAVE
Must be currently employed by Dot Foods or Dot Transportation, Inc.
High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated on-the-job behaviors that reflect positive and constructive approaches to business issues.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Bachelor's Degree
Prior success in a leadership or training role
Strong communication skills
ROLE SPECIFICS
Schedule: BOWD Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30AM-5:00PM
Pay Range: $25.25 - $28.00
Environment: Working in below negative temperatures to high heat temperatures
Possible need to arrive before and/or stay after shift to fulfill responsibilities
Extensive standing/walking while operating warehouse equipment
Regular physical activity, including lifting up to 60 pounds on a regular basis
