What You’ll Actually Be Doing
This role goes beyond standard draws - you’re a key part of how patient care moves through our system.
Perform blood draws and specimen collections with accuracy and confidence
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during every interaction
Use our LIS system (Genuin) for patient entry, orders, and documentation
Prepare and manage collection kits and supplies
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and chain of custody for all specimens
Support specimen transport (courier responsibilities as needed)
Communicate with providers and internal teams to keep things moving
What Your Day Looks Like
Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM
Patient-facing collections throughout the day
Real-time documentation and coordination
A mix of routine + problem-solving (because healthcare is never static)

Requirements
1+ year of phlebotomy experience (required)
Experience with direct patient care
Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems (LIS/EMR)
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organization
Professional communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Phlebotomy certification, CNA, or MA
Experience in specimen processing or lab environments
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
