Job Overview
As a Crossroads Security Floor Associate, you’ll help provide a safe working environment for our teams and a positive shopping experience for our customers in fast‑paced, lively second‑hand clothing retail stores.
What You’ll Do
You will balance keeping Crossroads secure and safe while also acting as a welcoming presence and guide to our guests as they come in the front door. Exceptional customer service and good judgment are a must. Some experience in loss prevention and de‑escalation techniques is preferred.
