Job Title: Production Equipment Operator - $15-$17/HR + OT
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated candidates to operate production equipment, including dryers, baggers, and standardizers, to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
Responsibilities
Monitor the flow of milk from incoming tankers to the drying process.
Dump powder into batches and communicate with the production department about the batches and types of production they will be running.
Startup, run, and clean the standardizer machine.
Maintain proper quality of production and adhere to safety standards for specific products and customers.
Organize and clean the work area and machines.
Assemble and disassemble pumps.
Essential Skills
General labor skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail.
Proven attendance record with validation via a past reference.
Basic math skills for batch calculations.
Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Food and beverage background.
Prior production or manufacturing experience.
