Job Overview
The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted adviser to the business, guiding decision-making through business partner support and informative analyses. We are looking for forward-thinking, goal-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building processes that help a company scale. In this role, you will be a key member of the F&S organization, diving deep into large-scale datasets to unlock insights around our business partners' most critical questions. You will act as a bridge between technical data architecture and financial storytelling-ensuring data integrity while delivering the metrics that drive our product and cloud strategy.
Responsibilities
Curate and manage large-scale datasets within our BI ecosystem (Tableau/Snowflake) to ensure a single source of truth for financial and operational reporting.
Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to research and develop complex models focused on business performance, profitability, and cost drivers.
Act as a visualization evangelist, building intuitive dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for audiences ranging from analysts to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Finance Operations to automate reporting and support "self-serve" analytics, empowering business partners to upskill and access data independently.
Establish rigorous data governance standards and perform regular audits to ensure high standards of reliability across all platforms.
Own the end-to-end documentation of team deliverables, including process flows, technical logic, and delivery methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
2+ years of experience with databases and writing SQL (Oracle, Snowflake, etc.) for Analyst level; 4+ years of experience for Senior Analyst level.
2+ years of experience leveraging data preparation tools for Analyst level (Tableau Prep, Alteryx, etc.); 4+ years for Senior Analyst level.
2+ years of experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Einstein Analytics or similar tools for Analyst level; 4+ years for Senior Analyst level.
Proficiency with enterprise-grade financial systems (ERP, Planning & Analysis, and BI systems).
Familiarity with managing or analyzing cloud infrastructure costs and margin analysis.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to quickly master complex business processes and technical data structures.
Proven ability to present new data analysis and insights in a clear, concise manner to cross‑functional stakeholders.
A self‑starter who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
Experience or familiarity with the Salesforce platform is preferred.
This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
