Basic Qualifications
Experienced System Integrator
Experience developing System Test Procedures and training materials
Ability to communicate effectively and lead multiple teams to coordinate work as one team with common goals
Experience executing system‑level integration, system‑level test, or mission operations
No Clearance Required to Start. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance (Must be a US Citizen)
Job Description
The selected candidate for this role will be responsible for developing system‑level artifacts and engaging with customers, mission partners, and other stakeholders to satisfy and fulfill customer‑directed objectives. The position is contingent upon the program award expected in early 2026.
Responsibilities
Perform in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment, closely integrated with customers and contractors
Ensure consistency of requirements and traceability back to customer objectives
Develop verification details for the requirements to ensure the system can meet them and support the execution of verification activities
Support the successful execution of program Interim Design Reviews
Develop systems engineering documentation such as feature description documents, trade studies, Interface Control Documents
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Skills
Experience with modern engineering practices such as Cross-Functional Agile teams and Capability‑based planning
Experience with Systems Engineering tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Ability to understand complex Space mission planning & execution concepts and algorithms necessary to command and control advanced Space Vehicles in multiple orbital regimes
Experienced Test Director for formal test events
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Work Location
Onsite Full‑time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
