Job Description / Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor will be an onsite position on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule with the hours of 6:45am–7pm EST. You will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, maximizing production uptime, and upholding safety and quality standards. This role will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency and long‑term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct maintenance technicians across shifts, ensuring clear task prioritization and accountability. Develop team capabilities through hands‑on coaching, technical training, and succession planning.
Maintain and manage CMMS data, including work orders, PM schedules, parts inventory, and equipment history. Audit maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective tracking of asset performance.
Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, applying structured root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement sustainable technical solutions and improve system reliability.
Support capital equipment projects, including planning, installation, and commissioning of new systems. Reinforce adherence to regulatory and safety requirements while strengthening a culture of operational discipline.
Qualifications / Requirements
Apprenticeship program, technical school, or associates degree.
Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Relevant working experience for the role and strong planning/organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and quickly learn new systems/processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of maintenance experience in high‑speed manufacturing.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
Physical Requirements
Fast‑paced production environment requiring flexibility and multitasking.
Hands‑on involvement with equipment and production floor activities (in person work).
Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
