Requirements
Reliable transportation to and from the workplace, if required
Strong communication skills and professional customer-facing manner
Ability to stay organized and manage routine support tasks consistently
Professional attitude and dependable work habits
Ability to follow established service processes and handle information accurately
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in customer service, office support, administration, or front-line client support is an asset
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems
Clear written and verbal communication
Strong time management and ability to stay organized throughout the day
Ability to handle recurring support tasks with accuracy and professionalism
