Position Summary
TruBlue Home Services Ally of North Wilmington is looking for an experienced Painter / Drywall Technician to provide high-quality painting and drywall repair services for residential and light commercial clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute interior and exterior painting projects
Perform surface preparation including sanding, patching, and priming
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Complete drywall repairs and finishing
Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
Deliver excellent customer service
Follow company procedures and timelines
Required Qualifications
Painting experience required
Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle)
Ability to pass a background check
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Spray painting experience
Drywall repair experienceExperience in residential services
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to climb ladders and work in various positions
Work Environment
Field-based role working in residential and light commercial environments
