Responsibilities and Duties
Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Nice-to-Have
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel.
Willing to work an odd shift or 12‑hour shifts as projects require.
Some tooling equipment knowledge (e.g., lathe, CNC machine).
Compression, Tensile, and cycle testing experience a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
Salary range (U.S., excluding PR): $58,000 – $87,000. Eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). Additional compensation and benefits include:
