Construction Project Manager
to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. This role emphasizes coordination, budget and schedule management, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining quality and alignment with the client’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and construction teams, as well as external consultants and subcontractors.
Oversee procurement processes, including bidding, vendor selection, and contract management.
Monitor jobsite progress, conduct site visits, and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Review construction documents for constructability and coordinate with design teams to resolve issues.
Track project costs, manage change orders, and ensure financial accountability.
Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA regulations.
Lead project meetings and foster collaboration among all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred, not required)
5–8+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in design/build environments.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
