Job Summary
Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating your team to deliver a delicious experience every time.
Responsibilities
Lead the team: hire, train, and supervise a team of employees.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Manage inventory, scheduling, and ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Resolve customer issues, ensure quality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet business objectives.
Maintain a spotless store that is safe, inviting, and reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry.
Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Love for pizza is a definite plus.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must make perfect pizzas every time by adhering to Domino's pizza‑making standards and procedures.
Must maintain 100% image at all times, adhere to the dress code, and represent the brand positively.
Must work with hustle and energy; we need a fast‑paced and efficient work style.
Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers; excellent customer service and positive attitude are fundamental.
