Staffing Coordinator – Luzerne Office (Where Every Day Is Its Own Adventure)
Comfort Keepers of Luzerne
418 Union Street, Luzerne, Pennsylvania 18709
Phone: 888-450-0890
About The Role
If you like days that move fast, people who need answers right now, and the satisfaction of knowing you kept an entire care network from falling into chaos — welcome to the Luzerne office.
This isn’t a “sit quietly and observe” job.
This is a
phones‑ringing, caregivers‑calling, families‑needing‑clarity, schedules‑shifting
kind of role. And if that energizes you instead of scaring you off, you’re our kind of person.
You’ll be the one who knows what’s happening, who needs help, and how to keep the whole operation running like it’s supposed to.
What You’ll Actually Do Here
Build schedules that make sense (and fix them when they suddenly don’t)
Keep real‑time updates flowing as client needs change
Talk with caregivers, families, and leadership — sometimes all at once
Support recruiting and onboarding so new hires don’t feel lost
Keep documentation clean, accurate, and up to date
Jump in to help nearby offices when things get busy
Be the steady voice that keeps Luzerne’s care team connected
This is active coordination— you’ll be moving, thinking, talking, solving, and keeping the day on track.
Pay & Benefits
$14.50 – $16.00/hour based on experience
Performance bonuses
Bi‑weekly pay + Immediate Pay access
Medical, dental, and vision options
Paid Time Off
Ongoing training and development
Monthly recognition and appreciation
CK Rewards Program
A supportive, mission‑driven culture with 20+ years of home care experience
What You Need to Bring
18+ years old
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependability, accuracy, and the ability to pivot fast
