The Role
As a Solar Field Operations Assistant, you support the sales and install process by keeping communication, documentation, and field coordination tight.
You will:
Support field reps and setters with daily execution
Assist with appointment confirmations and follow‑ups
Help manage paperwork and basic customer communication
Coordinate with sales, ops, and leadership
Track activity, attendance, and basic performance metrics
Ensure company standards are followed in the field
This role is hands‑on and in‑market, not remote.
