Flex Laborer / Small Equipment Operator
We are seeking motivated individuals for
full‑time positions
involving light equipment operation, labor, and rail yard work. This role offers
competitive pay and benefits package .
Job Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
Knowledge of rail yard operations, basic hand tools, and light equipment handling.
Knowledge on safely operating tele‑handlers, skid steers, and other related equipment.
Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
Follow and comply with
all safety rules and regulations .
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Qualifications
Ability to work in an
outdoor environment
in varying conditions.
Ability to
lift up to 60 pounds .
Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces.
Mechanical aptitude is a
plus .
Welding aptitude is a
plus .
Willingness and ability to pass a pre‑employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening.
