We are seeking an outstanding Part-Time / PRN QMAP/Caregiver to join our team at our community of The Grand at Broomfield. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the stellar lifestyle they deserve.
Role Overview
Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. PRN requires working a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
Shift coverage includes:
Evening Shift:
2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (8 hours)
Night Shift:
10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (8 hours)
Responsibilities
Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP)
Qualifications
Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
Ability to work as a team and also independently
