Description

Role Purpose: The aircraft Fueler is responsible for the safe and efficient fueling/defueling and servicing of aircraft at the airport. Basic mathematical calculations are required to interpret weight, measurement, and volume for fuel loading instructions.

Responsibilities

Perform fueling in a safe and efficient manner, operating fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft.

Accurately account for fuel transactions.

Perform daily quality control checks on equipment and maintain it in a clean and functional condition.

Ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel.

Execute defueling of aircraft as directed.

Maintain a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Basic math calculation skills.

Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Availability and flexibility for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Prior experience preferred, including possession of a Commercial Driver’s License or experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Additional Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Drivers License (required).
